Early in my practice, in the  “present” moments, those when I learned to allow myself to just “be”, I began to experience the true nature of my soul - separate from outside influences. We all have an original soul nature that is one of inner peace, love, joy and creativity. It was in my first few yoga classes that I recognized the gift being given to me by my teacher and I knew I wanted to affect lives in such a way that they might also be inspired in still moments.

 

As a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), I facilitate a safe place to work through the body to develop introspection and expression that inspires change and determination, both in the range of motion in the physical body and within the fluctuations of the mind. My personal practice integrates principles of several paths of yoga. By working through the body and relaxing the mind, we can learn to surrender, trust and discover our innate abilities, separate from whatever is going on in the world outside.

 

I design a mindful practice that cultivates an awareness of the present moment so that you can expand from where you are. Yoga will help improve your personal experience of life, and help you discover the balanced connection between your mind, body, spirit and the world around you. I believe that everyone can experience the extraordinary benefits of yoga. My intention is to improve your experience no matter where you are physically or emotionally.
